SHIPPING POLICY
Zogomom is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Provided the products you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once an order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.
2. SHIPPING GUIDE –Please note that all shipping times are estimates
The shipping estimate does not include processing time. Shipping estimates are from the time an order ships, not from when the order is placed. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. The warehouse is closed on the weekend. Orders placed after hours on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
3. SHIPPING
Shipping time 4-8 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Zogomom uses USPS for its shipping alongside a tracking number.

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Zogomom does its best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
7. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Zogomom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact courier service.
8. DAMAGES
Zogomom will refund and/or pay for shipping for any product that is destroyed in the course of shipping. You are required to provide proof by sending a picture of the damage. You acknowledge that Zogomom’s liability will only be limited to such damages and nothing else.
