RETURN
At Zogomom we do all we can to meet your high expectations and stock products you will love.
Kindly note that only products ordered through our site will be eligible for a return.
We allow purchasers to return our products within a period of 30 days in the event the product is not as stipulated in the website, you must send an email to us immediately. Kindly be advised that the products should be returned unopened and unused.
Kindly note that we will not indulge requests that involve misuse of the product. You understand that Zogomom has the discretion to analyze and decide whether the product is being used in a proper manner.
REFUND
We will inspecting the item(s) notify you on the status of your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Some providers charge a small fee to route the refund and such fees will be deducted from your refund. You will receive the refund typically within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund or exchange. In case of a refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.
